A British Pakistani man abandoned his wife along with her Love Child from another man at her back home in Azad Kashmir Pakistan.
British man who married a girl from Kotli district of Azad Kashmir and took her to to UK on spouse visa, couple had three children from this marriage.
Woman who often went to Pakistani to see her parents and family members, had also her lover in back home. Husband came to know about his cheating wife when she returned from Pakistan and finds medical reports of her pregnancy.

Husband took her passport along with him and requested the home office to cancel her visa. Cheating wife has now filed in case from Pakistan in family division of London high court and is seeking permission to live in UK with her 3 children and her ‘Love Child’.
Justice Willam who is hearing this case, gave his ruling on the case, he said, husband wants his wife to abandon her love child and start a new life in UK and focus on her 3 children.
In his ruling he wrote, keeping the love child will make it difficult for husband and will remind him of being cheated. On other side mother should be given rights to see her 3 children.
