In a car accident Young Father along with his two children died after car fell in to Canal water in Khari Sharif.

According to details, Yasir Iqbal son of Muhmmad Farooq resident of Ghasipur village of Khari Sharif was getting ready for Jatlan Bazar. His wife asked him to take their kids with him.

Yasir Iqbal took his children Tayaab aged 7, and Rehaan aged 3, in his car. While they reached near “Pull Manda” a bridge name near Khari Sharif, Car fell into Upper Jhelum canal water and all of them drowned.

Accident happened due to over speed as per eye witness. A large number of people gathered on accident spot including Member Assembly Ch Arshad Hussain, Ex Minister Ch Rukhsar, Javaid Qader, Naveed Goga.

Afzalpur police station also arrived on accident spot. Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation (FIF) and rescue teams arrived on spot and pulled the body out of water.
