Yasar UL-HAQ resident of Notre dame gardens Blackburn, appeared in court on 30.01.2017. the Case of racist assault on neighbours Pauline Harrison and assault William Harrison. Yasar Ul-haq was found guilty of racially aggravated assault at Blackburn Magistrates. Mr Yasar Ul-haq is 40 year old man and worked in I.T in a school and will lose his job and will now have a mark on his record.

The court heard that Mr Yasar UL-HAQ went to drop his children at home in Notre Dame Gardens Blackburn and he was arguing with his wife outside when the next door neighbour approached called Pauline from Notre dame gardens Blackburn, she asked Mrs Haq if she was ok and Mr ul-haq said ‘f*** off you cunt’ and then called Pauline a ‘f***ing white cunt’ around ten times.

There were children around. Pauline walked away but Mr Ul-haq followed her and pushed his fingers in her chest. Mr ul-haq carried on calling her a ‘white bitch’.
Pauline’s husband came out and said ‘go away’ but Mr Yasar UL-HAQ head butted him in the face, blood came from his nose and cut under his left eye.

The court heard this was a racist case and there were children around present witnessing this horrific outburst and injury had occurred. They said the head butt was a weapon. the sentence was 12 weeks custody suspended for 12 months for assault on William Harrison and 6 weeks custody for racist assault on Pauline. He had to pay costs and compensation and has a restraining order for 12 months he cannot contact Pauline and William Harrison.
