Five people of a family were murdered over 2 months ago in Moinuddin Pur village of Gujrat. Only one member 16 years boy remain unhurt, who turned out to be the killer of his own family members.

16 years old boy Mustajab Shah killed his own father Syed Tasawar Hussain Shah, a bank manager, mother Samia Khawar, brothers Mursal Haider, 17, Salman Haider, 12, and his sister Ruqia Zainab, 15, on 5 September 2016 with kalashankof.

When police started the investigation after Uncle of Mustajab Shah nominated family’s rival Shahid Shah and others in the FIR lodged under sections 302, 109, 148, 149 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and 6/7 of the Anti Terrorism Act (ATA) on September 5, 2016.

Some members of Shahid Shah Group were set free after they were not found guilty, but last day Mustajab’s confessed in front of police how he killed his own parents and siblings. He told, he took the extreme step because his parents did not love him as much as they loved his siblings. He added that he was often treated very harshly by his parents.

Mustajab Shah was not good in studies while his other siblings were performing good in studies, because of this he was beaten by Father and insulted. Two days before incident, he made a plan to kill his father, and on incident night, he took kalashankof of his father and went to the room where his parents were sleeping, he opened fire on father and his younger brother who was sleeping on bed with father also got killed during firing.

Then he killed his other brother and sister and her mother in the corner was watching all the incident and begging him to leave them, but he turn towards and killed her too.

Then Mustajab Shah went to his Uncle’s home who lives in his Neighbor and told them that their enemies have killed his whole family.

Police arrested the Mustajab Shah and and put him behind bars in murder case and under sections 302, 109, 148, 149 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and 6/7 of the Anti Terrorism Act (ATA). Police told media that they have lodged FIR under terrorism acts as if his Uncle who is proceeding this case, forgives him, he will still sentenced for life time or death sentence.
