Tabussum Winning, 34, found dead at her home in Luton

The dead body of 34-year-old Tabassum Winning, who was originally from Azad Kashmir Pakistan, was discovered in her home in Essex Close on Monday, 10 October 2016.

Police also found dead body of a man who was found in a bin outside the property on 19 October 2016. At firs police was treating this case as suicide but after police found dead body of a man in bin near Tabassum’s house, police is treating this case as double murder. Police arrested a man over both deaths who is released on bail.

Police appealed public to come forward if they know anything which could help in investigation. Police also requested if they knew about any suspicious activity from 7 October please report to police.

Tabassum was mother of a child, it is believed that the man whose dead body was found in bin is partner of Tabassum Winning.

A dedicated team of detectives is committed to establishing the circumstances of both deaths.
