Son and Father died in a traffic accident at Brahang area of Bhimber Barnala Road, after a Dumper hit their motorcycle. Both father and son died on spot, truck driver was arrested by police.

Father Muhammad Younas and son Hamza Younas died in a traffic accident in Bhimber

According to details, last night on Bhimber and Barnala main road truck no. 2748 hit 2 motorcyclist Hamza Younas, 20, and Muhammad Younas, 52, coming from opposite side. It was such and horrific accident that both father and son were critically injured, left in pool of blood.

Hamza Younas and his father Muahmmad Younas residents of Gurah Hurd, cast Jutt, died on spot. While truck driver Abdul Rauf son of Muhammad Farooq resident of Barang.

Police arrested driver and took his truck in their custody and started investigation of the case. While dead bodies of deceased father and son were brought to District Hospital Mirpur and after postmortem handed over to family.

When news broke in the area a large number of people gathered outside hospital and everyone was shocked and upset on sudden death of father and son.

Accidents on Bhimber Barnala Road are increasing day by day and took lives of many people. But District Government and Bhimber police has not taken notice of these incident and no action is taken yet to control such incidents.
