According to information, dozens of suicide attempts have been made before as well, in Dadyal. Like someone jumped and drowned himself in water, someone ate poison or shot himself dead or attempted suicide by hanging himself. There has been a second suicide attempt in three days in Dadyal. A 40 year old man, Raja Liaqat from Alab district Dadyal, attempted suicide by shooting himself on Saturday morning. Police started the inquiry whether it’s a murder or a suicide but the family of the man did not allow the police to do the post mortem, so the authorities gave consent for the funeral.
