Qaisar Abbas, 37-YEAR-OLD dad of 4 children resident of Halifax Road, Brierfield, has died in a four-car horror crash on M65 junction 8 and the A678 Blackburn Road, Padiham.
Qaisar Abbas was driving Volkswagen and other 3 cars (Ford, BMW and a Smart Car) along with his vehicle crashed on the road. Qaisar Abbas who was on his way to work in Great Harwood where he was employed at a factory, was pronounced dead at the scene, while drivers of other cars also received serious injuries they were taken to Royal Preston Hospital.
Qaiser was well known in Brierfield and Nelson. Nimaz-e-Janaza of deceased was offered at Brierfield Mosque, where a large number of community people gathered to offer the prayer and to condole the family.
After the post mortem examination is completed the dead body would be repatriated to Pakistan for burial in his native home town. Qaisar Abbas left behind 3 daughters and a son all under the age of five.
