Islamgarh (14th September2014- Bureau Report) The Primary School of Union Council Kaneeli in Narri Tadda is closed from last several few days. There is only one teacher at the disposal of the Head Master of the school due to which school remains closed most of the time. The Government things have also been removed. The Department of Education should take immediate notice of the situation and save future of the children. These views were expressed by the notable personalities of Narri Tannda Ch Haji Abdul Khaliq and Ch Mohammad Ramzan in a press conference in Islamgarh Press club.
He said that our area is present at the meeting of Mirpur constituency 2, and Kotli constituency 4 and it is very poor . There is only one primary school from last few years where only one teacher is appointed and due to lack of a government building for school the whole school equipment has been removed by both the former head master Raja Liaquat and the current headmaster Mohammad Aziz and the current head master simply goes back after marking his attendance. We have complained multiple times but due to non action the future of our children is at stake. We demand from the high official of the Education Department and PM Azad Kashmir to take immediate notice and dismiss the corrupt teachers and appoint some new honest teachers so that our children can receive at least the basic primary education.
