The power authorities once again charged almost triple amount of money, says president of Traders Union Choudhry Afsar.

He said that the unfair and opaque charges being forced upon the traders are driving them to the point of starvation. He said that smaller businesses were already suffering a great deal due to the excessive and unannounced load shedding, and now the tripled fare has further crippled the businesses.

He requested the government to have pity on the general public,and to finish the additional power charges by once again implementing the old tariff.
