PM Azad Kashmir won the hearts of the staff nurses by accepting their demands. They also thanked the Ministry of Health, DG Health and Secretary Revenue. The acceptance of Charter of Demands will not only reduce the financial problems of nurses but will also increase their efficiency.

The General Secretary of All Pakistan Nursing Federation Jameela Rajab and others thanked the doubling of monthly stipend of nursing students. They further said that the stipend of the students was suspended to nothing and has now been doubled at which we are thankful to PM Azad Kashmir. The PM also promoted 16, 17 Grade seats to 18 grade and also approved the Paramedical Staff, Uniform, Mess allowance, and up gradation of Service structure. Jameela Rajab requested all All Nurse Staff form all Districts of AJK to publish thankful messages in favor PM Azad Kashmir.
