Plaza Demolished by MDA in Mirpur
MDA allotted a plot and transferred it on name of Ch Razzaq back in 2009, later, Ch Razzaq constructed a 4 Story commercial Plaza with his hard earn money.
But later MDA canceled the allotment in 2009, the owner who had build up the plaza on plot, obtained stay order from the court. However after 8 years of case hearing the Supreme Court cancelled the stay order, allowing the MDA to proceed further in this regard.
After the Plaza of an overseas Kashmiri got demolished, overseas Kashmiris showed their concern to investment in their home county.
As already in last week 2 news got published in which 2 British Citizens one of them from Dadyal requested British Pakistanis to think twice before investing in Mirpur, Pakistan. Another British Citizen Aftab hussain who got his multi story Plaza occupied by fraud by his own friend in Pakistan.
British Citizens are conned in different propaganda by local people and local authorities, when the came in Pakistan with the mind to invest, not only the relatives, and friends have and eye on their money but local authorities also grab their money with illegal ways.
Such behaviors has stopped Overseas Mirpuri, Kashmiris and Pakistani to even pay a visit to their native home town. Now they prefer to visit Dubai and other places on their holiday instead of their home town.
