Update: Family Sobhia Khan said, they and Sobhia Khan were not aware of previous convection of Ataul Mustafa and that he set his first wife on fire.

It was love marriage of both Sobhia and Ataul Mustafa, Parents of Sobhia and Ataul Mustafa both hail from Chakswari Town of Mirpur.

Her husband, Ataul Mustafa, 35, whom she married just 5 weeks ago, has been charged with her murder and will appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Wednesday, May 31.

According to sources, Ataul Mustafa hails from Chakswari Town of Mirpur while Sobhia Tabasim Khan is British-born Pakistani woman from Bradford, who had married the man who owned the house just a few weeks ago, had moved into the property herself about six weeks ago.

Neighbors said, everything was very private at the house, the blinds were never open. The doors were always closed. They were never seen in the garden, even on the hottest of days.

Sobhia don’t observed the veil before she moved here and now she was only seen her in the full veil.”

Ataul Mustafa, had two children from his previous marriage, and he owned two properties, with one other in Littleover. There was no celebration for the marriage, no sweets for neighbours or even furniture coming in. Every thing was kept private and confidential.

Ataul Mustafa, was arrested and is accused of her murder and appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on Monday and is due at Nottingham Crown Court on Wednesday.
