PIA Authorities Move Against Missing Air hostess, Shazia Saeed, who Fled in France

The administration of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has issued a show cause notice to the flight attendant who went missing in Paris last week.

A spokesperson of the national airline said that the department served the notice to the air hostess after she disappeared from work without notifying higher officials.

The national flag carrier intends to take further action against the employee in case of continued disappearance.

It should be mentioned here that last week, flight attendant Shazia went missing from her hotel in Paris and fled to Belgium, after arriving in Paris on a PIA flight from Lahore.

Shazia is said to be eloped with her boyfriend to Belgium after changing her dress in a hotel room in Paris.

As per sources, Shazia, from Lahore, had requested the administration to book her duty on the flight from Lahore to Paris.

The attendant left a letter of resignation behind her in her hotel room in Paris before leaving for Belgium, the sources said. The letter was found by her co-workers, who alerted the airline management.

The crew members have confirmed that Shazia left the hotel without informing any member. It later surfaced that she left for Belgium.

This is not the first incident of its kind, few months ago, PIA air hostess, Fareeha, went missing in Canada. She was traced later and was found to be living with another PIA flight attendant in Canada.
