In Nathowala village of Chotala Police Station, District Jhelum, a 35 years old married woman who befriended with a man, and left her husband for her lover, was axed to death by her lover.

According to details, Abida Bibi, 35, wife of M. Asharaf resident of Chak No. 12 in Jurisdiction of Baghdad Nagar police station became friends with a man named Fiaz resident of Mandi Bahauddin, which transformed into love later on.

Abida Bibi left her husband’s home and eloped with her lover and later she applied for Divorce in the court from her husband in order to marry Fiaaz.

Abida who was living with her parents in Nathowala village, her family convinced her to reconcile with her husband instead for filing for divorce and marrying some random guy, which she agreed.

When her lover Fiaaz came to know about it, he axed Abida Bibi to death, and escaped form the scene. Chotala Police station registered the FIR after postmortem and is searching for the man who is on run.

The news was first emerged as Fiaz kidnapped the woman and demanded for ransom amount, but due to delay in the time promised by family members of Abida Bibi, Fiaza killed her with ax.
