Pervaiz Akhtar, 35, son of Allah Dad resident of Kharak, Mirpur produces a fake marriage certificate and claimed Beenish BB, 24, daughter of Chaudary Waris Khan resident of Kharak, District Mirpur and currently resides in Bank Colony, Kaachi Abadi, Islamabad.

Pervaiz Akhtar who got married to Najma cousin sister of victim girl Beenish BB about 14 years ago and is father of 2 children, Sons, aged 13 and 12 years old has divorced his first wife Najma.

Pervaiz Akhtar told media that he befriened with Beenish and both loved each other and Benish had promised him many times to marry him and because of this he has divorced his first wife Najma in order to get married with Beenish.

He said, Benish went to Islamabad to attened a mrriage and told Pervaiz Akthar about it, who also went to Rawalpindi from where he picked her from and took her to in F8, in Islamabad where they had Nikah.

After Nikah she came back to wedding and then after several day came back to her home in Kahrak, Mirpur. She did not told her parents that shed tied knot with Pervaiz. But showed interest that she wants to marry Pervaiz it was then her parents took cell phone from her and they start searching for groom for her and finally found a boy and fixed the dates of marriage.

It was then Pervaiz Akhtar produced fake certificate and claimed her as his wife and threaten the family in case if they married her with someone else.

Ex mother in law of Pervaiz who is also aunt of Benish BB told media that pervaiz was married to their daughter Najma about 14 year and was abusive towards his wife Najma and has divorced her. She added he has ruined life of her girl and now when marriage of her niece is ahead of few days, Pervaiz produced fake marriage certificates and is trying to ruined her life as well.

Victim girl and her family appealed authorities to take strict action against him. While on other side police has reported FIR against Pervaiz Akhter after his Marriage Certificate is proven fake in court and has locked him up.
