Illegal Occupation on a widows plot stopped with timely action of Police

Khaliqabad, In a dispute of possession on a plot of a widow, a fight broke out among the parties resulting in injuries of 3 people including a woman. Police have registered a case against the illegal occupants and arrested Nasir Rafiq.The second attempt of illegal occupation on the plot of a widow was failed with the joint efforts of police and Treasury department.

According to sources, attempts of illegal occupation and constructions on Rubina Kausar’s plot located in Khaliq abad bazr were continued by Nasir Rafiq. At this Rubina Kausar informed the Treasury department and she reached the spot with her son Usman and tried to stop them. Nasir Rafiq with his friends attacked her and her son and injured them.
SHO Police station New City and the Officer also reached on spot. Illegal occupant Nasir Rafiq told them that he has purchased the plot from his friend of 12 lac rupees over 2 lac of advance. Police registered a case against Nasir Rafiq and arrested him.
