Ijaz Raza, expected to join PML(N) after meeting with his close associates

Mirpur, The victory of PTI candidate Barrister Sultan Mahmood in the Mirpur By-election has on one side distressed the central leadership of PPP and on the other hand PML(N)’s stance to support PPP in By-Election seems to have back fired.
The next General Election of Azad Kashmir will be held in 2016, but political parties seems to have started preparing for it already.

In Mirpur By-election, independent candidate Ijaz Raza managed to get 2900 votes astonishing all the political parties. Ijaz Raza participated in the election for the very first time and despite extreme pressure from PPP’s central leadership, he refused to take his name back.

According to sources, Ijaz Raza will now join PML(N) and for this purpose he has completed consultations with his close associates. It is also expected that 2016 General Elections may be held before time. Therefore, Ijaz Raza will now prepare to fight election from LA-3 on ticket of PML(N).Majority of the youth of Mirpur is on his side and his refusal to take his name backhas helped people to maintain their confidence on him.
