He charged them £8,000/- for marrying and getting foreigner in UK with permanent stay and Red Passport.

Ibrahim Mahter, 29, used his own girlfriend as a “stooge wife”, for marrying her to men who want to have permanent stay in UK. He charged them £8,000/- for marrying and getting foreigner in UK with permanent stay and Red Passport.

Ibrahim along with another man, used the British National Pakistani and Indian girls to get them money for fake marriages to visa seekers. Both organized several ceremonies fake ceremonies and “pressured” women to take part.

Ibrahim also used Kubrah Saiyed, 27, and Nimesha Gosai, 30, in fake marriages, most of the ceremonies took place in Leicester, Belfast and Llandudno in North Wales.

Their scandal was exposed after they were busted by home office following a long investigation.

Finally UKBA and Police traced out the couple and the girls being used for fake marriages to obtain Permanent Stay in UK, Ibrahim was jailed for 4 years and his partner Abdul Gani for 3 years and 6 months.

Ibrahim’s girl friend, Naima was sentenced for 2 year and 6 months along with Kubrah with same period in jail. While Nimesha was also found guilty, and was sentenced for 1 year and 2 months.

Ibrahim made it easy for the men, boys, who came in United Kingdom on visit visa or student visa to stay permanently in UK with just £8,000, by using his partner.

Update: As per the Anis Yunus Makda, Brother of Naima Makda, told, his brother in law Ibrahim is out of prison sorting his life out. He claims, his sister Naima Makda is never used in Marriage Scams, though his Brother in Law Ibrahim was involved in marriage scam.
