Arab government has taken the decision of introducing new labor laws in 2016, according to which, new contracts would be given to the employees already working there. This law would also be applied on national employees as well as on international ones.

According to media reports, UAE has taken this decision for the betterment of employer and employee relationship and to stop people from breaking the rules. This law would create a better working environment and this would decrease the mismanagement in the companies. It would create a good bond between the employee and employer.
According to this law, the employer would be responsible for giving a detailed contract to his employee and the contract should be in the language which the employee would understand easily. The employer would take the employee’s signature and after that no changes would be made in the contract. Same contract and law would be followed for the local employees.
