On January 2, police received a call from a dad who informed them about eldest son who is stealing house hold items from home, and younger son who is selling heroin and cocaine.
When Police reached at family home on Airedale Road, Undercliffe, but police officers were unable to enter in the property, later younger son of man Leonard Badwal, 18, arrived and when police entered they saw his father was in a drunken state with an empty bottle in his hands.
The father accused his eldest son for stealing items from the house, including the TV, to pay for his habit and accused younger son for selling drugs to help his elder brother in paying off his debit.
Police searched on teenager and recovered 2 wraps of cocaine and 3 wraps of heroin, and from his bedroom police fund 3 bags of heroin.
Leonard Badwal was on subject to a youth rehabilitation order at the time of the offences.
He was found guilty of selling drugs with intent to help his brother, and was sentencing him to 28 months in a young offenders’ institution at Bradford Crown Court.
