Kashmir Times sources, 2 workers Muhmmad Hanif ward boy who is paramedical association body’s head and second is Mubashar Naem who works in Laboratory gave details that in order to hold part each worker in hospital had to pay 500 rupees. These hardworking honest workers could not even protest and ended up paying. Paramedical Association heads took no notice of the situation and when Kashmir times tried to contact them over phone to get more details, nobody answered.
