The perplexing situation of the missing transformer in Sector C-4 for a year shows the indifference of the electricity department.

It was a joint venture of officers in the electricity department. Even on frequent enquiry of the residents of the society, unsatisfying answer is given every time that the issue will be solved in two days, but a year has passed and no sign of a transformer is to be seen.

Even during the elections, promises were made of replacing the missing transformer, but the candidates who won did not invest in the issue. People are now hopeless that Chaudhry Ashraf will do something for the welfare of the society.
