The body of the Megan Louise Bills a teenage girl was allegedly wrapped in clingfilm found at a flat in Stourbridge. The property is a multi-occupancy hostel, used by some ex-offenders and run by private firm New Horizon.

A jobless man has been charged with preventing a burial after a teenage girl’s body. Ashley Foster, 24, is set to appear before magistrates following the discovery of the girl.
Friends have also paid tribute to Megan on social media.
Detective Inspector Caroline Corfield, from West Midlands Police CID, said: “Our hearts go out to Megan’s family as they come to terms with this dreadful news and they have asked that they are given the privacy to do so. “I would ask anyone with information about Megan’s last known movements to come forward.”
