Clause 144 implemented on Private Constructions, Mirpur Azad Kashmir

Mirpur (Bureau Report) District Magistrate implemented Clause 144 on all properties and constructions except for those allotted for roads and allotted by Mirpur Department of Development. The purpose of this restriction is to preserve the Master Plan of city and protect the rights of people. The violators of this restriction will be prosecuted under Penal 188.

According to details, MDA has implemented Clause 144 on all the constructions which are not allotted by MDA. This rule is implemented as Master Plan of City was being destroyed by illegal constructions.

Anyone who will violate this 144 clause will face the legal process against him.
