British Citizen Muhammad Rafique son of Abdul Rehman filed a 65,00,000 / Rupees fraud case against PMLN Mirpur Leader Raja Ijaaz Dilwaar. Police registered FIR against Ijaz Dilawar according as per 489F act, in which a Cheque was Bounce/Dishonor given by him.

According to details, British Citizen Muhammad Rafique reported in Mirpur city police station that Raja Ijaz Dilawar son of Raja Dilawar resident of Khattar Dadyal, took 65,00,000/ Rs from him in order to buy me a plot in Rawalpindi. Later Raja Ijaz Dilwar failed to buy him plot.

When Muhammad Rafique demanded his money back, he gave a 65,00,000/ Rs cheque of Metropolitan Bank Mirpur Branch, which was bounced.

Muhammad Rafique told Ijaz Dilawar about bounced cheque, but Raja Ijaz Dilwar could not satisfy him and asked for some more time to arrange money, later he switched off his cell phone all means of communication were blocked.

Finally British Citizen filed a case in Mirpur City police station, Police has registered FIR against Raja Ijaz Dilawar and has started searching for him, Raja Ijaz is on run since case is filed against him.
