14 years old repeatedly attacked and raped his siblings and his family has now been torn apart by the attacks.

Medical Examination of boy was conduct and doctors told the police that there no mental problems with the boy. He was found guilty of 3 rapes, in the presence of a child, 2 counts of assault, and was sentenced to 4 years in jail at Teesside Crown Court.

The boy’s father plea and requested not to sentence him, father said, he and his wife still love him, and are struggling to come to terms with what he has done to their other children. He told we are already punished enough, and their son has also been punished enough. His punishment will never end, hoow much more punishment can our family take?

Father said, “the boy who tell his own parents about what he has done, is shame and embarrassment for him, and he would never face up for what he has done”.

But the Judge Morris said : “It seems it was just the sheer enormity of the shame they boy felt for his actions. He was 14, from a good family background where he was taught about what is right and what is wrong, and he knew what wrong he was doing”. and sentenced him for 4 years in jail.
