Bolton Boxer, Amir Khan laid Foundation Stone for an Private Complex in Sohawa, District Jhelum, Pakistan, Inaugurated a water filtration plant at a Government School, where he reaced a warm welcome from School children.

While talking to media during his visit in Pakistan, Boxer Amir Khan said, every city of Pakistan is his own city and that there is not such great work than working for humanity.

According to details, Boxer Amir Khan laid Foundation Stone for Private Complex for poor people and orphan children in Sohawa, District Jhelum. The Complex will be built on Sohawa Jhelum road on 32 Kanals of land with the collective collaboration of Penny Appeal, Apna Ghar and Amir Khan Foundation.

Boxer Amir Khan said, in this complex, poor children, woman and orphans will get Free Education, Residence and basic necessities of life.

On this eve Mr. Habib, chairman of Mera Apna Ghar and Penny Appeal said, we will start other projects in these areas and that it and honour for the that Amir Khan Foundation is working with them.

Amir Khan said, he loves all places of Pakistan and that his foundation will continue its work in whole Pakistan.

Regarding the question about Bakhtawar Bhutto by media persons, he said, “I am a Boxer and I am not interested in politics stuff. Bakhtawar is friend of mine and my wife and I am teaching her Boxing.”

He said, he wants to continue he good cause in whole Pakistan and is working on it. He told, 7 boys of Amir Khan Boxing Academy, have won gold medals and next year they will participate at international level.

During his visit, Amir Khan also Inaugurated a water filtration plant at Government Capt. Hassanaat Ali Shaheed School and Spent some quality time with children of Mera Apna Ghar.
