Mirpur (27th August 2014 Bureau Report) Mirpur Azad Kashmir. The Court for Shariat Azad Jammu and Kashmir Mirpur, rejected the Bail Application, in the case of Famous Murder Case of Dadiyal Thala Rajoli of Accused, in Attempt to Murder Case Accused Raja Liaquat Hussain versus Government. The Judge of Shariat Court Ch. Mushtaq Hussain disclosed his decision on the Bail application of the Accused Raja Liaquat Hussain and expelled his application.

It was the famous Case of Thal Rajoli Dadiyal in which the accused along with his apprentice shot Raja Mahmood in the neck and injured him. Previously the Army Court of Dadiyal and Additional District Army Court Dadiyal had both rejected the accused bail application. There are many cases filed between the parties. Raja Inaam Ullah Khan Advocate fought the case for the accused whereas Imtiaz Hussain Advocate fought the case for Plaitiff Raja Mahmood.
