Mohammed Qabri Anis Younas, 41, resident of Granville Avenue, Slough, has been sentenced to life imprisonment, to serve a minimum of 6 years, for raping of a boy aged under 13 between January and November 2013.
Anis Younas has had strong links to the Slough area for at least the last five years. During this time he has been employed in Slough and possibly the surrounding areas on a private basis. During this time he committed atrocious offences on a young boy by breaching that trust in the most appalling way.
Det Insp from the Child Abuse Investigation Unit thanked the victim and his family for the courage and dignity they have shown since this matter came to light. Which ensured he is no longer a risk to other children.
He said, “I would like to reassure any children, parents or families that do have concerns that they will be treated with the utmost sensitivity by trained officers from the Child Abuse Investigation Unit.”
If anybody has any concerns they can contact Thames Valley Police on 101 and quote URN 779 22/01/14. An officer from the Child Abuse Investigation Unit will contact you within 24 hours.
