80 years old Man of Samwal Sharif in Khari Sharif District Mirpur raped a 20 years old married girl, wife a disabled man. Elders of Biradari forcibly stopped the victims from filing a police case and asked them to settle down the case.

According to details, 80 years old man raped his owns family girl, old man who is politically strong and wealthy man, use to help the victim girl and his disabled husband financially. But actually he kept bad eye and dirty thoughts on 20 years old wife of disabled man. His purpose to helping them financially was to get on young girl.

2 days ago when old man found girl alone in fields he raped her. Upon screams of girl, villagers gathered and get off old man from girl and rescued her.

Later a “Punjaiat” was called on old man, but due to strong influence of old man on his birdari, Punjaiat asked victims to negotiate and settle down case instead of filing a police case. Due to pressure from “Biradari” victims girl and family did not reported FIR.

But after two days news broke in village and people demanded from local administration and police to take action against 80 years old man and give him strict punishment, to avoid such incidents in future.
