25 years old Faisal Ameer went to Lehri Head (Upper Jhelum Canal in Mirpur) on Monday Evening about 4:30 PM. His shoe slipped from his feet and it went floating away from him. He followed the shoe to catch it.

But he went in deep water and drowned in it. While he was drowning he wave his hands and asked for help. But no body dare to help him.

After 10 minutes boys start searching for him. Rescue 1122 and Mangla Police was informed. Rescue 1122 could find the dead body. On other side Police as usual arrived late on spot.

Rescue workers searched for the body till late night but could not found him.

Faisal Ameer was working in Diamond Foam Factory in Mirpur and was resident of Tillagang area of Punjab.

Last Friday a young boy Umar Khalid Sheikh also drowned in Same Place his dead body is not found yet.

Today on Monday 2 boys Tayyab Arshad and Osama Tariq drowned in Mangla Dam near Chak Haryam Islamgarh.
