In Ghanda village of Gujarkhan, 3 girls were sitting near a detention water pond filled by flood water. They slipped into water, 1 was rescued while 2 died.

13 years old Zeba and Laiba, drowned in Water Pond in GujarKhan

According to details, on Monday, during day time, 13 years old Zeba d/o Ajab Khan along with her friend Laiba, 13, d/o Abdul Rahman and younger sister of Laiba, named Raabiya aged 12 years were sitting on edge of a water pound watching flowing water.

Suddenly 12 years old Raabiya slipped and fell into water. 2 other girls also could not sustain their balance and fell down. Local people rescued 12 years Raabiya while 2 Zeba and Laiba died.

Rescue 1122 was informed but they reached late. Ex-Vice Chairman Municipal Committee, Shahid Saraf reached on spot and paid from his own pocket, for water pump machines to suck water.

Local people pulled out the dead bodied of young girls after 45 minuses struggle.
