2 British Pakistani, residents of Bradford who hail from Chakswari Town of Mirpur, invested £450,000 at their back home in Mirpur, but lost all of their investment.

According to details, Muhammad Fazal Chaudary and Abdul Razaq Chaudary but a plot in sector F-4 of Mirpur City in 1997. Mirpur Development Authority issued transfer deed and on spot mentioned the plot.

After which, a 5 Story building was constructed by both partners during the periods of 10 years with their hard money.

But later on, MDA (Mirpur Development Authority) admitted their fault to allot the wrong plot by mistake.
After which an Influential man involved and get the building demolished upon court orders to maintain the master plan of the city.

The victims, Muhammad Fazal Chaudary and Abdul Razaq Chaudary said if the Plaza’s and houses are marked as per the Master Plan then about 60% of Mirpur City needs to be demolished.

Why only their building was demolished? After all it was the mistake of MDA. The victim said, if the only solution left is to demolished the building, then he is ready to donate the building for a good cause to help poor people. But Mirpur Development Authority gave 1,600,000/ Rs, Sixteen Lack Rupees to team to demolished the plaza and road around the plaza is blocked from last 2 weeks.

Overseas Pakistanis especially British Pakistani Community in UK is upset and in anger upon such attitude of Govt. towards the British Citizens who work hard to earn money and bring foreign exchange to Pakistan. They demanded PM Azad Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider to solve this issue.
