The White house was locked on Saturday after a man shot himself in the head in front of the building. The incident happened at 11.45 am.The man died on the spot. The Secret Service told that no other person was harmed in the incident.
The Secret Service said in a statement that a man approached the fence line of the North White house, after that he produced a concealed handgun and fired a number of rounds, none of which seem to have been fired towards the White House.
The agency further explained that the identity of the shooter is known to them but they are not disclosing it at this time for security reasons. They also told that the Metropolitan Police Department will launch an investigation into the incident of shooting with the help and support of the Secret Service.

More than a week ago a vehicle hit the security barrier near the White House. A female driver, 35, was arrested and charged. The tensions were high a great deal because Mr Trump was home at that time, and now this incident happened to multiply the horror at the White House.
