Waqas Mahmood, 28, formerly of Muirend Road, Perth, a father of two, lured children into his BMW while asking directions to watch him playing himself, told a court that the stress caused by moving north of the border had sparked him into enticing young girls in Viewlands Road, Perth, on 22 March last year.
Mahmood had parked close to a secondary school in Perth and had called girls aged 13 to his car to ‘ask for directions’ but as they approached his black BMW they could see he was carrying out a acts.
He also exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl in Viewlands Road West on 27 March. Both offences took place close to Perth Academy and Perth High School.
One of victim girl told her guidance teacher and she phoned the police, he was arrested by police, following forensic jogging bottoms worn by accused and the tissues recovered from his car contained proof of his acts.
