Officers were called to Picton Medical Centre, in Heaton Road, Bradford at 2.20pm on Thursday following a report of a deceased male, believed to be Mohammed Fazil, from Bradford.
Officers attended and found the body of a man, who is thought to be in his seventies. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Enquiries are continuing but the death is not believed to be suspicious. The family of Mohammed Fazil, who was reported missing from Bradford on 4 January, have been informed.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police added: “A thorough investigation was carried out by officers and Mr Fazil was found deceased by officers at a medical centre on Heaton Road on January 10.
