Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued wealth details of the parliamentarians according to which leaders of all the three major parties Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) own assets worth millions of dollars.
ECP documents say PM Imran’s financial worth stands at Rs108m, while Zardari and Shehbaz own assets worth Rs660m and Rs189m, respectively
According to ECP rules it is a mandatory requirement for the public representatives to submit their assets details under the relevant provisions of electoral laws.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has a net worth of Rs1.5 billion, making him the richest politician in Pakistan!
Bilawal has shares in two villas in Dubai, while his father, Asif Ali Zardari owns assets worth Rs66 crore.
He is a shareholder in two luxury villas in Dubai and their net worth is valued at Rs1.54 billion. In comparison with Bilawal, his father and Co-Chairman of the PPP Asif Ali Zardari’s net assets are worth over Rs670 million.
Besides, Zardari’s horses are worth Rs10 million. He also possesses weapons worth Rs16.6 million. Moreover, six luxury vehicles are registered in Zardari’s name.
Both father and son are Iqama holders of Dubai.
