30 years old Chaudhry Mohsin Farooq a national level volleyball player, native of Samoot Village of Kalar Sydan, Rawalpindi was found dead outside a hotel in Bahria Town Rawalpindi in precincts of Lohi Bher police station on Tuesday.

The victim, Chaudhry Mohsin, the only son of parents and brother of two sisters, had come to Islamabad from Gujjar Khan to attend a party with his friends.
They booked two room in the hotel one on 3rd floor of the building and other on the 5th floor of the building. 4 girls joined them while they remained on the third floor for some time and later some of them, including Mohsin Farooq and a woman, went to the fifth floor.
After sometimes the Mohsin fell down from the balcony of the fifth floor flat and the three women left the area, said the police. Shortly afterwards, Farooq’s friends took him to hospital but he died on the way.
Mohsin Farooq, was brought dead to a state-run-hospital. His friends told the police that he died after falling from a multi-storey building in Bahria Town.
But Mr Ikhlaq, an uncle of the deceased, alleged that his nephew’s four friends had murdered him, and lodged a complaint against them, said the police. In
Police also obtained the CCTV footage of the hotel while searing for the girl who was with Mohsin Farooq.
Preliminarily investigation showed that Farooq along with his four friends had come to the capital on Monday and hired two flats in the housing society for a night. One of the flats was located on the third floor and the other on the fifth floor.
Mohsin was a famous volleyball player of Pothwar Region and well known among the players of Rawalpindi, Gujar Khan, Dadyal, Mirpur, Kotli and other surrounding areas.
He funeral prayer was offered at his native home town were thousands of his fans were present.
